Open Studio Series + Kinetic Explorations 26/27

Kinetic invites artists to submit works for consideration for the OPEN STUDIO SERIES 26/27 in Kjipuktuk (Halifax). Kinetic is looking for innovative new works / works-in-progress from emerging and established choreographers and movement artists across Canada.

Nova Scotia-based artists are additionally invited to submit to KINETIC EXPLORATIONS.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: Friday, August 7th, 2026

We warmly invite applications from underrepresented and underserved communities. We are committed to programming work by artists who self-identify as racialized, 2SLGBTQ+, d/Deaf, disabled, neurodivergent, and/or facing other systemic challenges and barriers in dance.
